Q: I have received a Welcome email from SAP but have not received any password. How should I proceed?
You should be able to log on to SAP Cloud Platform account with your S-user ID and your S-user ID password. If you do not remember the password, click the Forgot Password link in the Logon page. Enter your S-user to reset your password.
Q: The user who received the Welcome email is not available to log on. Can someone else log on from the same organization?
For initial access to your SAP Cloud Platform account, you must use the S-user ID that is mentioned in the welcome email. If you are not aware of the S-user ID mentioned in the email, check with your SAP Service Marketplace user admin.
If the S-user ID is not valid and you do not have access to the SAP Cloud Platform account, go to SAP Support and report an incident for component BC-NEO-CIS. Enter your account URL and valid S-user ID, and request to add a new S-user ID as admin to your SAP Cloud Platform account. Report that the S-user ID in the welcome email is no longer valid.
After logon, you can go to the Members page and add other S-user IDs to give other users access.
